Liz is a talent and learning development professional with nearly a decade of experience within manufacturing and higher education. Prior to Core Strengths, she worked for Gulfstream Aerospace, Savannah College of Art & Design, and Mercer University. Liz has focused on facilitation, instructional design, organizational development consulting, and individual leadership coaching in her many roles with organizations. In her time with Gulfstream Aerospace, Liz found and connected to the SDI 2.0 assessment, becoming a certified facilitator in 2017.
As a professional in the Talent Development field, Liz has had the opportunity to focus on applying a true needs based approach in key areas to ensure the audience and organization’s core needs are met. Whether developing a learning program, partnering with the business on strategic talent initiatives, or supporting from the classroom, she is centered by exploring each customer’s needs.
Liz is dedicated to the growth and accomplishments of others, and strives to help those she works with find and achieve their fullest potential in the workplace. Now in her role with Core Strengths, Liz is further fulfilling those passions with a focus on learning solutions for customers. She aims to shift the perspective from training as an event to learning as an embedded element of an organization’s culture.
Originally from Columbus, Ohio Liz grew up a military child. Moving frequently over the years she landed in the low country of Savannah, Georgia where she resides with her family.
